Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for standard online transactions. The localized price, taxes, supported currency, and payment methods are shown by Paddle at checkout and may vary by buyer location. Personal SoAI OS is a USD 99 one-time purchase; Core, OS, and Core + OS Commercial are annual subscriptions that automatically renew only as disclosed and accepted at checkout.
Manage a transaction
A subscription may be cancelled through the manage-subscription link in the Paddle confirmation email or the Paddle buyer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, prevents future renewal, and does not itself create a refund or ordinarily shorten the paid term. Electronic receipts, invoices, payment-method controls, transaction support, cancellation, and refund requests are available through that portal.
Current controlling information is in Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy on the Paddle website. Buyers must use Paddle’s process for a Paddle transaction refund; Roberto Martini does not issue a separate direct payment in place of Paddle’s process.
Withdrawal and mandatory remedies
Consumers in some territories may have a 14-day or other statutory withdrawal right. Its exact availability depends on location, transaction type, and the checkout configuration. Where immediate digital delivery can affect that right, the request for immediate performance and the legally required acknowledgement are separate, affirmative, unprechecked, and recorded before delivery.
Nothing removes mandatory remedies for defective, misdescribed, or non-conforming digital content. Business purchases and consumer purchases may have different statutory rules. The Paddle terms and policy in effect for the transaction, plus any stronger non-waivable local right, control.
Model withdrawal wording
If a statutory withdrawal right remains available and has not ended through immediate digital delivery, a consumer may submit the following wording through Paddle buyer support. Use of this model is optional. Keep Paddle's acknowledgement as evidence of submission.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the SoAI digital content ordered on [order date] and identified by Paddle transaction [transaction reference]. Consumer name: [name]. Date: [date].
Entitlement effects and contacts
A verified full refund, chargeback, fraud finding, or final adverse provider decision may revoke or adjust the related entitlement only when the controlling transaction, accepted terms, and law permit. A raw provider event does not silently change rights. Partial adjustments do not fabricate a new term or expand rights. Enforcement preserves lawful customer-data and repair access.

Include a transaction reference, but never send an activation credential or private deployment key by email.
