Website use and security
Customers must protect credentials, deployment private keys, claim links, and account access; promptly report suspected compromise; comply with licensed scope; and avoid interference, unlawful access, fraud, abuse, circumvention, malicious traffic, or violation of third-party rights. Do not submit secrets by ordinary email or through an unapproved support channel.
SoAI may reject or rate-limit invalid, abusive, insecure, or unauthorized activity and may suspend the smallest affected service while an integrity or legal issue is investigated.
Availability and responsibility
The website, providers, network, and delivery systems are not promised to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Customers remain responsible for their models, providers, plugins, prompts, outputs, data rights, system configuration, security, and tested backups. Model or automated output may be inaccurate and requires appropriate human review. No term promises zero data loss, a particular model result, or suitability for a regulated or high-risk decision.
